We draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, advise on supply agreements and terms and conditions of business. We also develop contracts to support new types of business, such as collaboration agreements, partnering strategies or joint ventures. Examples of our recent work include drafting content supply agreements for a TV broadcasting service, a music portal and a media website and a long term media equipment rental agreement for implementation at Twickenham Rugby Stadium.

We advise companies and employees on claims arising during the currency and on termination of the employment relationship, in particular: injunctions; misuse of confidential information; restrictive covenants and garden leave clauses; breaches of contract and fiduciary duty; bonus entitlements. We also advise on Tribunal work (for claimants and respondents) including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and redundancy.
